Dr. Cicak treated my mother with exceptional service, empathy and results! Dr. Cicak was able to identify, diagnose and plan a delicate procedure in short order. He graciously adjusted his schedule to accommodate the procedure and squeeze us in for early appointment before my flight back. He executed the plan flawlessly and treated my mother with the utmost respect and compassion. He was personal, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the MRI, her choices, the realistic outcomes if she chose to do shoulder surgery. Overall Excellent in all phases of the process for a major rotator cuff repair. From the first visit, telling of the procedure and the recovery process, all the way to releasing her to move forward with those things that are important to her. The Akromion hospital is state of the art facility resembling those in the United States where I work. Staff is kind and personable. Responded to all my emails and phone calls on time even though I was overseas. Iva, went above and beyond to email me all her records and intra op reports. They deserve 10 star ratings. My mom said her post op medical care was exceptional on the medical floor. Dr. Giorgina Gasparin anesthesiologist deserves 10 starts as well she made sure my moms anesthesia management was done to perfection. She performed interscaline peripheral nerve block with a catheter for optimal post op pain management. My mom woke up pIn free and remained pain free in post operative recovery which enhanced her recovery process and made it stress free. Dr. Giorgina was kind enough to send me emails immediately and keep me updated every step along the way. People of Croatia are fortunate enough to have a outstanding facility and team of doctors in Akromion hospital. Wish them all the best in future. Dr. Cuk

Užasno iskustvo.Operirao mi je kuk,prelomio trohanter,ali mi nije rekao.Godinu dana trpim bolove,šepam,5 ortopeda kod kojih sam bila su zgroženi njegovim liječničkim nemarom ,samo on ne misli da je kriv,nego sam ja kriva što nisam ranije došla.Gleda samo novac,a zaboravio je Hipokratovu zakletvu

U 7 minuta pregledati pacijenta, nalaze, napraviti uzv i napisati nalaz. To je sigurno neki rekorda. I naplatiti po minuti. Svaka čast "doktore"!

Pregledao me za 3 minute, nije dao konkretnu dijagnozu niti mi je odgovorio na pitanje zbog kojeg sam došla na pregled, no to ga nije spriječilo da skupo naplati pregled. Iako je znao da se moj problem ne može izliječiti fizikalnom terapijom (neurološki problem s mišićima ramena), bez imalo srama mi je preporučio dugotrajnu terapiju u njegovoj privatnoj ustanovi. Hladan i sarkastičan, bez empatije.

Najbolji ortoped definitivno. Profesor je sanirao moje rame sa kojim sam imao problema 3 godine, mnogi ortopedi kod kojih sam bio nisu uspili riješiti problem ni odgonetnuti o čemu se radi(dijagnoza), vratio sam se sportu iako su ostali predviđali da neću moći.
